C.I.A. INTERFERENCE OF TREASURY REPORTED

According to the latest White Hats Report #19, which is also posted today at The White Hats Report #19, it is former C.I.A. Director Leon Panetta who issued another illegal order in an attempt to stop the distribution of the Global Settlements. These settlements are reportedly capable of settling, or at least offsetting the National Debt, so are vital to restoring the financial stability of The U.S. and other countries. To say the least, these monies may directly affect The U.S. Treasury.

Think of it this way: without these settlements taking place the DOPE, Inc. drug money stays strong while the feeble taxpayer worker's earning power remains weak. A nation dependent upon drug money and C.I.A. types of fake-war scams is weak, indeed.

Remember the statements this editor made in the article, ABUSE OF POWER ACCOMPANIES PERVERTED MONEY SYSTEM within The Obama/Soetoro Directory, and ask yourself, again, what the British Influenced C.I.A. is doing with their hands in the U.S. 'till' again. Now with Panetta's greasy palms reportedly attempting to block the solving settlements again, and mention of further Bush teams involvements, the sabotage of America continues...continues into oblivion -- into ruin.

++ News this week has been so vague as to not be worth reporting. Ultimate secrecy prevails. WE do not have the outcome of the ‘Gigantic Fight’ going on in China last weekend or the outcome of the trade attempts. ‘Stories De Jure’ abound, none come true. WE view all of them as smoke and mirrors. These ‘stories’ report forward progress down to our level, a status supposedly reached a year ago. Personally I will venture a guess that current delays have more to do with ‘the big picture’ than with our deliveries or funding. By that I mean the new Banking and Monetary Systems.

++ Notice that since Geithners December letter to Congress saying the Debt Ceiling would be reached by mid-May he has issued additional statements saying June then August. Looking beyond daily program news status reports, it seems to me this may be the ultimate trigger mechanism. With no increase the Gov’t. is not ‘out of business’ but Obama’s destructive policies are. This Debt Ceiling limitation could well be the thing that makes the continuation of the status quo impossible. Gov’t. annual revenue is approximately 2 Trillion, Debt Service approximately 200 Billion. That leaves 1.8T annually to run the Gov’t.. If the incompetent corrupt idiots running the Corporation can’t make do with that they should not be in office.

++ Now consider this from ZERO HEDGE today. They say this week’s Treasury Auctions totaling 72B have brought the country within 14B of the current Debt Ceiling of 14.294T. This means, if the LAW is followed, the country can not borrow more than 14B next week without a vote to increase the Debt Ceiling or going over the Congressionally mandated existing Debt Ceiling. “The Jig Is Up. Next Up: PANIC”, they say. Couple this with reports that Obama is raiding every Department and Agency’s ‘Slush Funds’, pulling the funds back into ‘Central Command and Control’ to obtain the funds necessary to keep the Gov’t. running and we have, it seems to me, a possible endgame scenario. As I have said many times it all comes down to who controls ‘the printing press’. This also means Geithners several public statements were outright lies. Remember, before Treasury he ran the New York Fed Bank where lying with a straight face is a prerequisite.

++ Not conducting the usual Treasury Auction next Monday would be a dramatic highly visible world shaking non-event. It is unlikely the various Departments ‘Slush Funds’ could offset the normal weekly borrowing for more than a week or two. Even then the world would be alerted to the situation if the auction does not occur. So what is Obama’s alternative? To break the LAW of course, something he has been doing without conscience since the day he took office.

++ In my view this represents a continuation of the ‘showdown’ end game as the purveyors of Fiat and Fractional and Status Quo continue their lawless tricks to maintain themselves in power while the rest of the world struggles to implement the new. Given Obama’s arrogance, God Complex and previous statements it seems to me that ‘force’ is the only possible solution. In this situation the force is of a financial nature. Even then, in the example of a debt ceiling limit and no vote to increase it, Obama may do something unthinkable such as Martial Law or secretly instigating a war, a ‘natural’ disaster or another ‘False Flag’ operation as a last resort to maintain himself in power and to avoid various exposures.

++ This piece is mostly speculative but such things as the debt ceiling limitations are real and well known. The news that the U.S. is already up against the debt ceiling is news dated today and can be found at Zero Hedge. Sometimes it is quietest just before the storm.

Independent news sources who publish on YouTube.com and other productions are filming and making available to the public the evident upsurge in U.S. police brutality, to include brutal beatings and shootings of citizens. Warning: some of these videos are violent where police use brutal beatings and shootings to subdue U.S. persons. (1)

One person in Las Vegas was shot in the face and killed with an assault weapon for reportedly attempting to flush marijuana down his apartment toilet. The report describes what appears to be an actual execution-murder as police broke into the man's apartment and killed him during the violent assault. (2)

POLICE BRUTALITY BREEDS COP KILLINGS

The more police practice POLICE TAKEOVER BRUTALITY against citizens, the more hatred it engenders towards all law enforcement, and especially towards cops in uniform. The recent police brutal conduct has caused a mass hatred to develop against police, and unfortunately, this is what causes more cop killings - the hatred and the citizens' knowledge and belief that the citizens will be violated.

Earlier this year as some eleven cops were killed throughout the country within something like a 24 hour time period, a police union spokesman complained about a "war on cops" going on. Be assured that the police are sealing their own doom when they violently take citizens over. They are ruining what's left of the U.S. Republic by acting on orders of emergency nature when no real Act of War has been publicly declared by Congress against any nation.

UNDECLARED EMERGENCY RULE FOR COP 'EXECUTIVES'

Undeclared, blanket type Martial Law is not Constitutional, and nowhere in the U.S. Constitution is there a rule respecting Kings or Royalties.

The bottom line is: people are rejecting cops and law enforcement now, more than ever, since the U.S. system is constantly undergoing more exposures as The Great Hypocrite Nation. The local cop shops of Amerika never had any right accepting orders, instructions, and logistics from C.I.A., D.H.S., and F.B.I. and other federal agencies, to be used against The American People. Where are States' Rights these days, and why should The D.istrict of C.riminals dictate more rules, edicts, and thefts of your retirement and pensions, etc., especially when the Patriot Acts are unconstitutional, therefore unlawful?!

FAKEWARS FOR EMERGENCIES

Once again: The D.C. CONS keep the phony wars going in order to declare an annual emergency so to rule by emergency rule and order citizens to obey. John Martin Hemenway's sister, Mary Joyce Hemenway Williams, an analyst in the office of Secretary of The Department of Homeland Security, died July 21st, 2008 at only 47 years of age.

While farmers and ranchers are being driven off their properties which border the Texas boundary at Mexico by reported gangs, there are also gangs or persons on crime sprees assaulting citizens on a fairly frequent basis throughout the country.

29 yr. old Pastor Clint Dobson was killed this past day, March 3rd, and his 67 yr. old ministry assistant critically injured by severe beating inside the NorthPointe Baptist Church in the 2200 block of Brown Boulevard in Arlington, Tx. which is just south of Coppell, TX where mayor Jayne Peters and daughter were shot to death. This happened March 3rd, 2011 on the day social security payments are deposited in recipients' accounts. Pastor Dobson had been helping with a program for the poor and someone may have known of monies he had or had access to. In addition to the abovementioned deaths there have been other persons killed and found in their homes and often the police issue the line they are not releasing details on cause of death. The problem is it's becoming an epidemic now. While the grand usurper-false president and Hillary insist on keeping U.S. troops overseas the border problem grows worse and the so-called Homeland Security Patriot Acts appear to jeopardize neighborhoods across the country. SOCIAL PROGRAM CUTS: WHOSE MONEY IS IT ANYWAY?!

News stories are now full of social program budget cuts for America's budget. The D.C. Criminal so-called lawmakers who gave away zillions of your U.S. taxpayer dollars to countries of the world now propose to cut your social programs within the U.S.. After all the hype about getting We, The People, shovel ready job programs which never arrived, they now don't seem to have enough money after all the bailout-handouts robbed from the taxpayers, so they want to take more from the providers, us.

Did you know that:'Millions in stimulus funds went to fake Congressional districts' ? Looks like some of the bailout money was stolen.

Forget about those who need heating bill assistance within the U.S. right here at home? Forget about some of those who need food stamps? Forget about various other services and programs that provide help to citizens amidst this dire economic depression we've been forced into? They 'cannot tax and spend' the country out of this mess. There are many who can't pay any taxes right now, already. Where would tax money come from when taxpayers are broke, destitute, lost their homes and mortgages, etc.?

It was reported recently that Obama had recommended the citizens give up their vacations when he and family flew off to Colorado for their next vacation. Do as he says, not as he does?

One would think that the citizens who provided the taxpayer dollars to base the bailouts on would receive some form of compensation for the years into the future their children will slave to pay off that debt. It was the working poor, the middle class, and even the students of America who involuntarily gave the most to the bailouts and criminal handouts to rich corporations, for they had less to give with, so felt this official rape and robbery worse than anyone. Now the great White House Illegal Usurper fumbles the ball again by proposing to target working poor and middle class, and students in the latest round of budget cuts.

The D.C. CONS show a recurring, never-ending pattern of 'take from the poor and give to the rich', and it never stops - never ceases.

They took away regular television broadcasting and replaced it with something we had to buy, digital devices and televisions. They took away the little two hundred or two hundred fifty dollar stimulus checks to the poor on Social Security and stuffed that in their fat wallets, too.

They took jobs away from the honest American workers by stuffing the country full of murderous illegal immigrants who rape, murder, steal, carjack, assault and rob us 24/7 with slow relief in sight as states are having to pass, one by one, special illegal immigration bills in an attempt to level the playing field at least a bit.

They created special 3.8 % home sales tax so that you must pay thousands of dollars straight to the government when you sell your home if you didn't lose your mortgage like millions did. This extra administrative assessment fee goes directly into their pockets.

They engaged in giveaways to countries of the world by borrowing money from foreign sources and sticking We, The People for the bill......and now.......now comes another final disappointment which, once again, is a blatant declaration of hostility against Americans from Washington, D.C., the cesspool of the world.

After the D.C. CONS took money, illegally, from working class and poor people, Obama's latest round of budget cuts proposes to cut funding programs to assist the working poor, help the needy heat their homes, and help to students, and this comes less than two months after signing tax cuts into law for the wealthiest Americans. (1)

Obama stands accused of accepting up to at least TWO BILLION DOLLARS in bribes and now proposes to further rob the poor and middle class after allegedly stuffing his pockets full of loot. How much more can Americans stand from this hypocrite illegal immigrant, who carried a Foreign Student Visa, and acquired his own American passport by a false declaration?
