The Courts can play it either way

Why do today's courts engage in discriminatory rulings against the very citizens whose welfare is at stake? Even on a collective basis, just look at the Supreme Court decisions on unleashing corporations on the campaign funding, and on their refusals to rule on the Obama birther issue. They don't operate for the good of society, and appear to follow a pre-arranged 'line'.

Injured Party - No Injured Party
Courts can play it either way.

Are you facing a stern judge in a commercial case with no injured party? Lose much of your possessions to a tax agency?

The courts may find that you must still pay a fine or citation, etc., even though you may argue there is no injured party, and the state cannot be an injured party.

However, the courts can play it the other way when it is convenient to them or when they are bribed. In the case of Kerchner vs Obama as Devvy Kidd notes:

You see, we are considered frivolously bringing a lawsuit when there is an issue of the president's eligibility, even in this case where we have a Marxist thug 'ultimate-ACORN-nut' in the White House, (who is unlawfully passing executive orders which destroy this nation) who is not qualified to hold office of president.

Proof, again, that the criminal judges and justices who rule over Amerika are following a 'line' which is a double standard. Often they cannot find for a citizen, but, changing horses in midstream, uphold the current criminal in the White House. It is an indication of a completely separate, or foreign, operation within government operating beneath the surface.

Citizen cannot claim the state is not an injured party, but the court can claim the voters are not an injured party.

It was reported some time back that a court clerk in Louisiana committed suicide out of a depression which arose from unlawfully being ordered to refuse to file or recognize Common Law type pleas and filings. The clerk had, reportedly, been following orders to ignore or misfile honest filings for such a period of time it inflicted trauma and, no doubt, guilt.

This is just one result of the criminal nature of Amerika's judicial system. Why are the high level pedophiles receiving so much cover and protection and why were the banks (see Wachovia information) allowed to commit such money laundering for such an extended period of time? The black robed judges on many benches are undoubtedly criminals acting in a manner which enables the current 'CON' to roll on, right over the American People.

To which George Gordon responded, "Okay. Well then let the record show that I've been denied due process of law and that that will be my appealable issue pursuant to the 14th amendment that I'm not entering a plea and I've been denied my day in court."

THE COURT: "Okay. The record will so reflect." (Editor: In other words, get out of my courtroom - I don't give a damn.)

So there you have it. Why in the hell do lard butt, fat assed, so-called judges who don't know the law sit on court benches, still insisting on ruling the way they want to rule it? Or, isn't it the way they are paid to rule it!?

This editor began Monday, April 16, 2012 with the familiar self admission that our country, The United States, is 'GONE' right now - 'GONE' as in no longer operating under the rule of law, and with an IMPOSTER THUG CRIMINAL as a President of The U.S.. Awakening to another day of a Chicago thug posturing as POTUS on television, on the internet, doing our nation more irreparable harm and injury, leaving responsible citizens in a depressive quandry, is hardly anything uplifting.

Remember in the above article how judges can 'play it either way'? That appears to be the case in the ongoing, pathetic Obama/Soetoro eligibility issue debacle.

The gutless, spineless, chicken-crap judiciary of the U.S. empower thug-Obama/Soetoro by not issuing accurate, fair decisions on Obama's ineligibility. It would be less destructive to our nation if Obama is removed, even amid shouts of racism and demonstrations, than to allow him to remain unprosecuted for his reported crimes of forgery, wire fraud, false use of Social Security numbers, lying under oath, knowingly & wrongfully assuming office as a foreigner Kenyan with a British subject father, etc.. Obama/Soetoro has reportedly performed false-service as USURPER-EXECUTIVE FALSE PRESIDENT.

Why hasn't the House Judiciary Committee been all over Obama/Soetoro over the forgery and misuse of Social Security numbers? Why does the American Judiciary refuse to 'touch' Obama if the rest of 'We, The People' are 'touchable' and must pay our fines and taxes?

So now, why should any American Citizen pay any further taxes or do any further service to a filthy, unlawful, rogue, U.S. - Soetoro-Owned government?!
