Too Many Dysfunctional Companies In America |
2020
There
Are Too Many Dysfunctional
Companies In America Now
Oct. 16, 2020 Ever notice how many dysfunctional
companies there are in
the U.S. these days? Some companies act like they
just don't know how to conduct themselves or just don't care at all
about the public and they just pretty much do anything they want to
do. It gets tiresome dealing with these dysfunctional companies
who
obstinately refuse to observe some basic courtesies and be fair to
consumers. If it means less customer service so the companies can
grab a few bucks from you they seem totally prepared to gyp you out of
a few bucks, don't they?
One of the main offenders is wireless companies like T-Mobile, Sprint, and Boost. Take a look at these examples. T-Mobile, T-Mobile unfair, T-Mobile crooks, T-Mobile shysters, T-Mobile gyp-joint I was in a T-Mobile store recently and showed my old hotspot device to the salesmen there and they actually held my device out of the box, looked it over and sold me a $10 SIM card for it. When I got it home the T-Mobile site software said the SIM card would not work for my hotspot device. Here we have a clear cut case of salesmen selling a dysfunctional item that they had already examined the device for and the item would not work. They probably knew the SIM card would not work on this old device when they sold it to me. Nice guys, eh? This is characteristic of whatever morality exists in today's companies and big corporations. HARDSHIPS DON'T MATTER TO T-MOBILE Being a cripple with little transportation I returned the SIM card for a refund in the same week of the 14 day deadline but a few days late so they would not refund the SIM card, said maybe the store manager could override the computer denial. Called the manager and was basically made fun of, and finally, denied the refund. A call to T-Mobile headquarters yielded nothing. They said if it was a store purchase it would have to be dealt with at that level. Here is a case where deadlines should not matter because a completely malfunctioning device was sold to me. So there is no recourse except to warn people to read all the conditions and terms the corporations list and perhaps not do business with any of them that you don't have to do business with. I might add that T-Mobile's prices are too exhorbitant to be anywhere near reasonable. I predict they will go the way of Sprint - as in OUT OF BUSINESS. Oh yeah, they say that Sprint merged with T-Mobile but you don't see much of Sprint's name on stuff. So the big corporation wins because it isn't enough money to take them to court and they know that so just bend over and donate to their cause for free and accept the loss, after all, they need it more than a poor retired person, right? You should not think of corporations like T-Mobile as friendly. They are not friendly but are gyp joints that will deny helping you on the slightest excuse. They have proven themselves to me to be crooked unfair shysters. I might remind you that in past times the companies and corporations in America were entirely different and usually always gave the benefit of the doubt to the customer - not so anymore. They will scarf up every last dime from you and beat you out of all they can according to what I've seen. This applies especially to cheap chisler outfits like T-Mobile. HELP!!
